Is Kaizen Global an oil producer?

No. Kaizen Global is an engineering, procurement, and technical-services company. We support operators and contractors with the procurement and supply of equipment, fabrication, installation, and field execution — we do not drill or produce.

When was the company established?

Kaizen Global Engineering Solutions Limited was established in 2010 and commenced operations in 2016.

Where are you based?

Our head office is in Lagos, with offices in Lekki Phase 1 and Surulere. Our work takes teams to onshore, swamp, and offshore locations, and our procurement network reaches manufacturers and distributors worldwide.

Scope of work

Which parts of the energy value chain do you cover?

Upstream, midstream, and downstream. That ranges from deepwater SURF and EPCI project support offshore, through pipelines and related facilities, to workshop fabrication, maintenance, and the procurement and supply of equipment onshore.

Do you take on small scopes, or only large projects?

Both. A single equipment order and a full fabrication and installation scope go through the same process — scope, engineer, procure, execute, hand over — scaled to the size of the job.

Can you supply people rather than a full scope?

Yes. Our consultancy and manpower service places vetted Nigerian professionals into client teams, with competence and certification verified against the scope before anyone is put forward.

Standards & compliance

Are you certified?

Yes — Kaizen Global operates a quality management system certified to ISO 9001:2015, and works to QHSE, NUPRC, and NCDMB standards on every project.

How is safety managed on a job?

The QHSE plan is agreed before work starts, not written up afterwards. Our standing goal is zero accidents and zero man-hours lost, and performance against it is tracked rather than assumed.

Start on our Partnerships page, which sets out what we look for in a partner, then choose "Vendor Registration" or "OEM" on our contact form. It routes straight to the team that handles supplier relationships.

Do you take speculative job applications?

How quickly will someone respond to an enquiry?

Enquiries reach a person, not a queue. Tell us the scope and the standard it is inspected against, and we will tell you plainly whether it is something we do.
